Monthly Support

Any amount of monthly support will be extremely helpful and a blessing
to the widows being served through this work. Provided below is a list of
monthly expenses for each widow served in the program.

Feeding Program (for widows living in their own homes)
$50 provides monthly food distributions

Bethesda House
$190/month/resident
$5 provides water
$35 provides rent and basic services
$150 provides food

One-time support

The needs in Haiti always outpace resources. One-time donations provide
the means for meeting these often unexpected needs.  Provided below is
a list of current needs for the widows program:

Feeding Program
$100 will provide a bed for a widow. Most sleep on straw mattresses or
mattresses made from rags. There is a current need to provide beds for
about 20 widows in the feeding program.

Most, if not all, houses need some repairs; many need new roofs.  Sheet
metal is needed for most repairs. Cost of each repair between
$200-$600.

Prayer is the most value assistance you can provide for this work, however there
is always need for financial support. Your money can also go a long ways in
helping support this work. There are two ways that you can financially support this
work: monthly support and one-time support.
