Alan Johnson has been moved to the VA Hospital in OKC. He is in the rehab unit & is doing some better.
Gayle Crane was taken to Mercy Hospital in OKC Friday to have fluid removed from a lung. She came home Monday & is doing well.
Will Lampkin’s grandmother, Brenda Frazier, had a stroke Saturday. She has been moved from ICU to a regular room at St. John’s Medical Center in Tulsa. She is doing much better & is being kept until at least Thursday.
Shari Todd had a procedure done Monday at Mercy Ada. Joe Hudson, Glenda Lillard’s brother, has been moved to the in-house rehab unit at Mercy Hospital OKC.
NEW CLASS: There will be a new adult class beginning this Sunday, April 7th. This class isn’t assigned to any particular age group, so all are welcome! It will meet in the main building in a classroom which is just off the hallway which runs north & south down near the west end of the building. Our goal will be to spend a few years together & journey through each of the 27 books in the New Testament. So if you’ve ever wanted to study through the NT in its entirety, this is a good class to get started!! The class will be taught by one of our elders, Jeff Butler.
Golden Doers’ Luncheon will be Sunday following morning services in the fellowship building. If you are 60 or older, please come join us.
All ladies are invited to a baby shower for Danielle Adams this Sunday at 3:30 pm in the fellowship building. She is having a boy & is registered at Amazon &
Youth: Some of the youth group will be going this weekend to the Texas Bible Bowl.
College group will be going this weekend to a Spring retreat hosted by the Westside congregation in Norman.
Fraud Protection Seminar will be Thursday, April 11th at the Chickasaw Community Center from noon-1:30 pm. Lunch will be provided. This is hosted by Citizens Bank. Please RSVP by April 4th. More information is on the north bulletin board & on the credenza in the foyer.
